How long does it take to receive my order?

All products are handmade, so the processing time may vary depending on the item you ordered. If you purchased a pre-made item like a wave board or tray, your package will be shipped within 3-7 business days after placing your order. For custom wood and resin items, the current processing time is 3-4 weeks. For jewelry orders, the processing time is 1-4 weeks. Please note that these times are for making the items before they are shipped.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and made-to-order items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a defective or damaged item. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for any packages lost or stolen after they are shipped, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.

Can I cancel my order?

We begin making your items as soon as you place your order, so cancellations need to be made within 24 hours. However, we may not always be able to accept your cancellation request, especially if the items have already been made or shipped.

Do you offer wholesale orders?

Yes, we offer wholesale orders. However, please note that all wholesale orders are non-refundable. If any items are damaged during shipping, we will replace them at our cost. Removing tags or labels from our merchandise is not allowed, and we reserve the right to discontinue wholesale business with anyone found doing so.

Are custom products returnable?

No, custom products such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

How do I request an exchange?

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow our return process to initiate an exchange.

What is the European Union cooling off period?

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How do I request a refund?

If you qualify for a refund, such as in the case of a lost, stolen, or damaged item, please provide proof of the issue. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds, but you may receive store credit depending on the situation. The refund will be processed within 10 business days on your original payment method. We are not liable for a refund if the carrier looses your items, you will need to go through them to process the refund, all of our items are insured through the carrier.

Is resin safe to serve food on?

Yes, We ONLY use resin that is certified "food-grade" resin, so all of our boards, trays, and other serve ware are safe to place COLD food items on. **Not all epoxy resin is considered food safe, so always ask your maker if theirs is.

Can you cut on your board?

No, We do not recommend you cut on your board. Although the wood is something you can cut on, if you cut on the resin, you may scratch and ruin the integrity of your board. They are for SERVING or DISPLAY ONLY.

Is my wave board/ Tray/ Glassware HANDWASH ONLY?

Yes, We do not recommend you do anything that can compromise your board. They are HAND WASH ONLY, DO NOT SOAK, SUBMERGE, PUT IN DISHWASHER, OR USE HARSH CLEANING AGENTS. Although they are fairly easy to clean, leaving food items on them for a prolonged period of time will cause them to be harder to clean.

Can you wear your jewelry in the Ocean?

No, We do not recommend you wear your jewelry pieces in the ocean or in bodies of water that contain chemical or that can compromise and deteriorate and tarnish your jewelry. Avoid getting them wet or showering with them on.

How does the locking Closure work?

The sliding locking closure on all of our macramé bracelets is fairly easy to use. Simply, pull the ends and tighten to a comfortable fit. You may need to get creative and use the hand the bracelet is going on to help.

How do I apply essential oils to my Diffuser Bracelet?

Simply, dab a few drops of your favorite oil blend to the diffuser beads and rub until evenly spread. A little goes a long way to enjoy the benefits of Aromatherapy.

For corded bracelets, they are designed with a sliding knot closure which allows you to customize the fit to your wrist size for maximum comfort and an adjustable fit.

Is my Jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes, we make sure all of our metals are hypoallergenic and nickel free to ensure contact is safe and wont give you a rash. We want you to enjoy your jewelry to the fullest!
