We offer worldwide shipping with tracking. Free shipping on all jewelry orders over $100 to the US!!

For custom Jewelry orders, my current processing time is 2 -4 weeks. That means that from the moment you place your order it will take me anywhere from 1-3 weeks to get your items MADE before they are shipped! I appreciate your patience in this regard! Also please be aware that due to the ongoing pandemic, mail delivery has been taking much longer than usual. I have no control of how quickly your package reaches you once it leaves my hands. For large custom orders, time may be longer than usual depending on the requirements and specifications for each order. For smaller orders, they may be completed and go out sooner depending on the flow of orders coming in.

If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Due to the nature of these items being handcrafted, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, especially for custom orders. We will do our best to assist you if there is an issue with your order.

All made to order items are created uniquely just for you and are non-refundable.

Please be sure to wipe with a damp cloth and warm water, do not soak or submerge in liquid.

Important disclaimer: Due to the chemical properties of resin, these thin bookmarks can bend when left out in the heat or direct sun. They are not damaged. All bookmarks will bend if left our in the heat for long periods of time, due the the thickness of them. No need to worry, if that happens and they start to bow, lay them flat in a cool dry place and they will return to normal form.
