For custom orders, my current processing time is 3 -4 weeks. That means that from the moment you place your order it will take me anywhere from 2 - 3 weeks to get your items MADE before they are shipped! I appreciate your patience in this regard! Also please be aware that due to the ongoing pandemic, mail delivery has been taking much longer than usual. I have no control of how quickly your package reaches you once it leaves my hands. For large custom orders, time may be longer than usual depending on the requirements and specifications for each order.

Due to the nature of these items being handcrafted, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, especially for custom orders. We will do our best to assist you if there is an issue with your order.

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. Store it in a dark, dry place when not in use. Wipe with a damp cloth and warm water, do not soak or submerge in liquid. some Items may tarnish over time, but most can be resolved with proper care and cleaning.

For water resistant and ocean proof pieces, please rinse thoroughly with water to get any salt or residual plaque off your piece. All cord bracelets can wear over time and become frail with continuous wear, risking breakage.
